Shipping policy

Every Rune guitar is built by hand in our workshop in Lilburn, Georgia, and ships from here too.

Ships in 3 business days or less

We guarantee your guitar will ship within 3 business days of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays. Once your guitar is with the carrier, we can't control in-transit delays such as weather or carrier backlogs.

How your guitar is packed

Every guitar ships in its tweed hard case, packed inside extra cardboard packaging to protect it on the way to you.

Fully insured

Every guitar ships fully insured. You are not responsible for any shipping damage. If your guitar arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the guitar, the case, and the shipping box, and keep all the packaging. We'll handle the carrier claim and make it right.

Shipping options and cost

You can choose from several shipping options at checkout. Each one shows its price and estimated delivery time. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

Tracking

As soon as your guitar ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
